RESULTS OF THE TIMED & PRECISION EVENT 
The Timed & Precision events had been postponed from earlier in the year and although some regulars were missing there were some new faces competing. Also two quite new Probationary Members, Simon and Jason, did remarkably well in their first event. 
There was strong competition in the Centre-fire event with Rob S shooting a personal best score and Tim equalling his PB – so everyone was trying.

The Small-bore event is always a bit of a lottery when using 10/22’s and several shooters had Ruger moments and did not get all their rounds away. Even Jim made a schoolboy error by loosing count and after five rounds dropped his magazine and proved clear to see a round still the chamber, but he managed to return to the ready position in time to see the target face and get the shot away for a 10 – Flash Git!

The results show that Jason was the highest placed Probationary Member and wins the "Most Improved Trophy" - Congratulations
